Hai readers iam presenting one more awesome post to day subscribe us to stay updated.iam coming straight to the point.
is our canvas 2 storage is low are you getting the low storage notification and wanna install more apps but no space i am once again t the rescue increase your phone storage so that you can install more apps.
there is another way moving to sdcard which is an stock option in our canvas 2 but it has some cons.
Apps work seamlessly in the internal storage
some apps may crash and result in FC's and if you eject ext sd card then some apps maystop which result in loss of some data for example when connect in usb storage mode you can't use apps in internal storage
so iam presenting a way this only for micromax a110 and devices with mt6577 mediatek dual core processor

2.5gb phone storage

1.Take back up and download the app http://goo.gl/Fti0g

2 choose desired size for internal storage (2.5GB recommended*)
3 choose yes, its the one on the right (sorry it is not in English)

4 reboot to recovery, there is a button there in the app for this.
5 wipe cache/factory reset
if using twrp, choose wipe>factory reset**
if using cwm, choose wipe cache/factory reset
6 restore your backup
7 wipe dalvik cache
8 reboot

9 damaged sd card notification message, dont worry just format it!

how to swap internal and external sd cards of micromax a110 canvas 2

These days, a lot of Android phones and tablets with internal storage of 1 Gigabyte or more are partitioned by default into two parts:

Phone's internal storage: Stores system apps, other system files.
Internal sdcard: Stores apps data, sd data in case of heavy games. Basically it works similar to what a normal sdcard works to on every other phones that comes with such partitions.

Before you proceed, let me tell you, your device must be rooted. That's another perk of rooting your device. I am sure you know what swapping these locations will do: You will be able to install apps and games data on the external sdcard which on most devices is supported upto 32 GB. That makes keeping a crazy collection of HD games in your mobile/tablet! Please note that this trick has been used on various devices on xda forums, but it's the first time it's available for Any Android device. Well, me and my friend Himanshu have tested it on 5-6 devices of different models, so we think that it would work on every device out there. Your feedback is most welcome in the comments section below.

Guide: Swapping your internal and external sdcards

Take a backup of your device via clockworkmod or any other recovery just to be safe.
Install any file explorer with root permissions. Root Explorer is a really nice one.
Copy every folder that is present in your internal sdcard to the external sdcard, so that your apps and games continue to work once you have swapped the sdcards.
Use Root Explorer to do the tinkering
Browse to the location /system/etc and you will find a file named vold.fstab lying there. Note: In Root Explorer, to make any changes to the system files, you need to change the permissions from Read only to Read and write from the top right.
Copy the vold.fstab file to any location on your sdcard.
Upload the vold.fstab file to any file sharing service (like mediafire, devhost orGoogle Drive.)
Give me the link to this file in the comments section below or in this xda thread. Please include the name of your device so that I can include that in the list (at the end of the post) of devices which already have got the modified vold.fstab file
I shall upload the modified vold.fstab file to devhost.
Rename the original vold.fstab file in /system/etc to vold.fstab.bak
Download the file from there. Unzip the file using Root Explorer and copy the new void.fstab file to /system/etc. Change the permissions to rw-r--r-- by long pressing on the file.
Reboot your device and go to the storage section on your device.
If the internal storage section now reflects the stats of your external (and real) sdcard, then thank me and if you wish, you can format the new external sdcard (which previously was the internal sdcard) as all the stuff has been already copied to the new internal sdcard in step3. And I don't think you would want copies of same files lying at two places, do you?

If it didn't work, delete the vold.fstab file from /system/etc and rename the file vold.fstab.bak back to vold.fstab and reboot your device. Sorry I could not make it work on your device. You can always use Directory Bind as an alternative to this.
ATTENTION: Another great alternative I just found is to use an app called Root External 2 Internal SD. It's available for free at the play store. This app even works on phones like Galaxy S Duos whose vold.fstab file couldn't be modified due to some personal reasons :P Ok, not personal, in some new phones by Samsung, the partition info is stored in two different files, vold.fstab and vold.conf. Using this app, even these phones can be swapped! Happy swapping

This method has been tested working on Samsung Galaxy S III, Karbonn A9+, HTC Rezound, Micromax A110, Micromax Funbook, Xperia Sola, Xperia Tipo, Xperia Miro, HTC Amaze 4G and a long list of other devices. Link2sd- virtual internal memory increase internal storage

This is a tutorial on how to partition your SD card and start linking apps to SD card (I have included screen shots fore each step to avoid confusion and also to make it easier for beginners )

INTRODUCTION
Wat is linking to SD??
------> as the name says linking apps to SD is moving applications and their belonging resources to a special partition in SD card and creating a link to them for easy access.
Y link to SD???
------> I will tell it in short...
Apps perform better when they are on internal memory rather than on SD card because there is an easier access to their resources.. but not all phones have enough internal memory to move all apps to internal memory ... so keeping apps on SD and creating a link to them ensures better and faster performance of all apps even in devices with low internal memory ..eg galaxy y,galaxy mini,galaxy ace,HTC wildfire,galaxy fit, galaxy Geo etc etc

Software's needed
1.mini partition tool (for PC ie windows)
2.link2sd (for mobile ie android)

PROCEDURE
pleez following the procedure carefully and exactly to avoid any inconvenience

1. First you have to download Mini Tool Partition Wizard Manager. You can download it in the link above... download it and install it on PC.

2. Insert your SD card to a card reader and open it on your computer.(not via USB cable)

3. Back up all your files to the computer because partitioning will wipe your data.

4. Open Mini Tool in your computer. Locate your SD card (be careful in choosing and make sure not to choose the drive of your computer)

5. Right click and choose Delete.

6. Right click on it again and choose Create New. Create “FAT32″ partition (This is where all your media files will go. Be sure to make it bigger than the 2nd part)

7. Select “Create as: PRIMARY”

8. Next, create an ext2/ext3/ext4 partition (I suggest ext2 cause it works on all roms and kernels). This is where your apps will go. I suggest a value of 512Mb would be big enough but its ur choice...

9. Select “Create As: PRIMARY” (make sure that it is both set to primary because it will not work if it is not set to primary)

10. Click the “Apply” button on the top left corner and wait for it to finish the process. Done.

11. Put back your SD card to your phone and switch it on.

12. Download and install Link2sd from Google Play Store link given above.

13. Open Link2sd. You will be prompted to choose between ext2, ext3, ext4 and FAT32. Select ext2.

14. It will say mount script created. Reboot your phone now.

15. Open link2sd and if the message doesn’t show up, you succeded.

16. Go to Link2sd>Settings>check the autolink (to automatically move apps upon installation)

17. If you already have some apps, select “move to phone” then after moving select “Create Link” (be sure to check the three files: app, dalvic-cache and library files)

18. To check your memory, select “Storage Info”. This will show you the current state of your internal memory, FAT32, and ext2 partition.

19. Now you’re done and ready to install vast amount of applications as you wish!
